Education and Admissions:
Law School: Luhansk Institute of Internal Affairs of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Date: 07/2000. Received a law degree with a qualification of Lawyer, specialization: Investigation of Economic Crimes.
From September 2000 to May 2002, Mykhailo MOZHAIEV studied at the Institute of Postgraduate and Distance Education of V. Dahl East Ukrainian National University. After graduation received a second degree with a qualification of Economist. Fully consistent with American education.
Ukrainian Attorney. On January 19, 2005, Mykhailo MOZHAIEV successfully passed the Bar exam and received the right to practice law in Ukraine, which is confirmed by the License - Certificate of the right to practice law №795, Admit Date: January 19, 2005.
On March 26, 2007, Mykhailo MOZHAIEV established in Ukraine the Mozhaev & Partners Law firm. From the date of foundation to the present, he has been the CEO of the company. Also since 2007, he has been a member of the Ukrainian National Bar Association (UNBA).
